White Mountains area courses?
I am seriously considering visiting my son in the NH White Mountains area and would very much like to try a few courses in this area. Private courses or public that are within an hours drive of Lancaster, NH would be ideal. I have already checked the course thread but understand private courses may not be listed. Contacts would be appreciated

Lancaster is pretty far up there in the middle of no where. Your best bet is to do to some of the northern vermont courses. However on your way up there are a few courses you could get to from the highway. I believe the course in Barnstead is not too far from the highway. Currently I am waiting for the snow to melt to try a few of these courses myself.

Thanks alot guys; it has given me something to work with. Do not plan on going til the end of June but I need the time to make plans. Will send this list to my son to see if any of these places sound familiar to him. He has never played before and I am hoping to take him out for a few rounds while I am up there. Thanks again

Oxbow, A nice little course.
Although sometimes the grass gets a bit long it is a nice somewhat short course, but still the design is fun to play. I drive there when I am up at my Summer place in Bethlehem NH about 40 minutes. Stay on the highways instead of doing the rte 302 route. 302 can be a bit of a speed trap at times. 93 north to merge with 91 south.

Whatever it takes guys, I will hopefully convert my eldest son into disc golf! I lived in NH for a few years and never knew of disc golf til I moved to North Cackalacky (NC) hey, something good came out of it! I am lucky enough to be able to play all year and I do! 30 degrees is not cold for me lol Hopefully between now and the end of June I will find some private courses within my driving area up there; if not I will do what any die hard golf-her would do-get in the car and go-even if I have to drive and hour and a half to get there! Quality time. I am blessed that I live in a town of less than 3,000 and we have 3 yes, that's right 3 courses in one town!
I just so want to get my son to try this sport and stick with it like I am as it is such a wonderful community to be a part of!
