Best courses in New England

We now have 71 courses in the greater New England area and this number seems to go up every year. I'm looking to play some disc outside of Vermont this year and was wondering where I should go. Which ones are the true gems? For VT I would have to say Calis and then Center Chains in Waterbury but I have not played all VT courses. What are the must play courses in the rest NEFA land?

There are many more, but these are some of my favorites.

Black Falls in Montgomery Vermont is only an hour away from waterbury. Very challenging course, with lots of doglegs. Beautifully landscaped with ponds and stone walls. It's definetley worth checking out. A few holes are under construction but still playable. On the other handMaple hill in Mass is a must! This course has it all.

Barre Falls Dam in MA is a good wide open course. Right now after the rain holes 1 and 8 are flooded but waters are receding quickly. Give it a week and it'll be fine, unless you enjoy added water hazards.

I would have to go with an original. The first place I ever played  . It may not have great views, or wide open plush fairways, or a hot girl bringing beers around . A fair place to play for everone. You dont have to drive 400 feet to be good here. It gives an Am. a chance to beat a pro. A place were no shot is safe  until it has come to rest in a basket. The best place to go and play in a tournament. Now you get it...............Everyone is welcome unless you throw your nasty butts on the ground  . The paintings on the trees. A dog that will bite dumb people :monkey: . Home to a great pro shop. Dont forget about those wonderful markers that cost under $5  . Located on a street that is as big as disc golf itself :king: . It is the way of the future ............ Almost twenty years :bigsmurf: and still number one in my book. :salut:

Nefa points finals are at Warwick this year. The course is so nice that New York became part of New England.

warwick deserves all the praise it gets. How many other courses around have GRASSY FAIRWAYS in the WOODS? :D I think it was also the first course in the northeast to have two tees and two pins per hole (someone correct me if I'm wrong there, but I'm pretty sure Warwick came before everyone else up here).

There are many great courses in New England. Each course offers the chance to play holes with really great design features. Some courses offer a string of holes that instantly burn into your memory and other courses make it hard to remember any of the holes at all. I can't remember too many @ N.Calais in Vermont, but there are many outstanding holes at that course. The other courses I have a great time playing for their really great hole designs are West Thompson - CT
Hunt's Mean 18 - New Hampshire
Pyramids - Marshall Street
Center Chains - Waterbury, VT
Maple Hill - Marshall Street
I believe Maple Hill offers the best variety of shots of any disc golf course I've played so far in New England. Better by design.

I've been scanning this thread for a couple weeks.

I don't think I've seen one person mention North Calais VT.
