lost a red flick on hole 8, it went left and is either in the taller grass, hidden in rip rap, or went in the drink potentially-has my name and # on it. Steve Couture lost an orange ching somewhere between halfway to pin and the pin on hole 3, I think it says "steve-o" on it. I don't have high hopes for these, but someone in league there please prove me wrong :)

That hole is much easier if you just throw it all the way over the channel,...just sayin!

Haha, yeah thanks Gary. It was the first time playing the course, and I wasn't sure how much it would take to clear, so I just ripped off a flick real hard, but it was a tad high and left and clipped that branch that hangs down, sending it on a much slower, crappier path until it met its fate wherever it lies now. My 2nd drive went over the channel no prob. I like the hole, but the tee box is set up for rhbh, not flickers so much.

Lost a red firebird on Hole 2. It was a high spike flick, so I think its up and behind the basket.

Hodges kicking my ass this weekend....

Recovered the Firebird on hole 2!!!

Then immediately lost at Teebird on hole 3a. Up and on the left hill somewhere.

THEN, lost another Teebird in the drink on 8.
The water level was easily 3 feet higher on Sunday, than on Saturday. Hanna dropped a lot of water.

Gary, any luck getting those disc in the morning? After seeing the water level I got very skeptical that you'd be able to find them.

Murphy,

Our discs are still 8 or 9 feet under. Maybe this weekend.

Meh. Thats a great hole though. I suggest you play it.

I went back the following day and figured it out and got across fine. Had a run for a deuce too. I'm wondering who'll be the first one to deuce that beast.

Nice! I couldn't remember if you had.

Its not a really long hole. Its being able to get into a opening in those trees that is tricky.

why so much debate over the hole across the channel?

from that height it plays like 225 feet.

greg wintrob can jump putt 225 feet.

We're talking about 8b, its a new tee position.

Its on the concrete slab to the right of the original box. Its flat and a good deal further away than the other position.

Lost Disc near the bridge

Post by Mark Verrochi »

If anyone found an orange Tsunami in the water between the Dam and the bridge, please email me at mtv@alum.wpi.edu or return it to the pool store... It has my name on it...

Thanks!

Mark (I never get my drivers back) Verrochi

PS: I dropped 3 discs off at the pool store from the same location that were in the water for a while...

I found Dave Jenkins Buzz... anyone know him? I meant to drop it at the pool store and forgot to stop. I don't drive out there often but if anyone knows him - I'll be at the Borderland Fall Finale - I'd like to get it back to him. Cool stamp on it from the 2007 Australian Championships in Sydney

Pete, I play with Dave all the time but none of us will be at the Borderlands tourney. Can you give it to someone heading back this way? Anyone coming to Choice,Pyramids, or Maple Hill would be fine.

Thanks in advance.

Ouch, Keith. That might be the only water I've thought better about wading into...
