Bow, New Hampshire?

Info on a 9-hole New Hampshire course at a high school...

I'd type NH, but my eyes read that as "New Haven" - and yes there are two UNH's 8)

I drove to the Bow High School last night and didn't see much except "Field Closed" signs at their football and soccer fields. Not sure when this student project was (this year? 3 years ago?); I'll try to find out. For now, no baskets in site. Also, High School Grounds open to the public? We'll see . . .

There's an email address on the tripod.com website you can try. You may also want to consider contacting the sponsors that already pledges $ for more information.

I would assume that so long as the school isn't in session and the activity doesn't interfere with scheduled events, public school facilities are usually open to the public...

baskets or posts?

Post by Dennis Grzywacz »

are there baskets? or just posts? the pictures on the website look to be posts. either are cool in my book. shoot, bellamy was nothing but trees with ribbons on them for almost two years before we got our first basket in the ground. And although it goes without saying that baskets are better than object targets, it's still all golf to me. in fact, hitting a small narrow post is quite difficult and can help MY game out. However, is there a course to be played and can we play it?
oh ya, and nice job with the website, I/we are still looking for someone to head a site for bellamy park. Any takers?

I tried sending an email to the website and course creators. No such email address . . . Out of date? I'll continue to follow up. For now, don't make the drive over.

I drove out to Bow High School (05-04-06) and found nothing, no baskets, no posts, no tees. Only saw a couple making out about where the tee should be for #3.

NH sucks for Disc Golf!
