Holla

Get to Barre early this Sunday. I advise all teams to be accounted for by 9:30.

Agenda
9:00 - 9:45 practice

9:45-9:55 form groups

10:00 head out to holes

10:05 tee off

Lunch will be a half hour after last the last group gets in.

#### Captains have groups ready to go before you get there. I have my doubles and triples teams already written down.

I have cards that people can grab from me and place into the score port with team members names on them. I have all CTP flags ready to go. I may need extra zip lock bags. Any body have extras?

Thanks to the Burgess Boys for their generous donations. If you already dont know they have supplied some food for half time.

Lunch will only be a half hour if we can get the group that has about 3-4 holes left to play,..to start the charcoal.

Remember we are grilling, so it will be crucial to get the coals started.

maybe some of the guys throwing for cash CTPs only can get them started, then hop on to another group when they come through on hole 1 or 18 to finish their "round"

You can't jump them on and off the course. There are 80 something of us. All the holes should be full in round 1. If the charcoal is already in the grill all someone should need to do is light it. It should not be a big deal.

I will be bringing my portable grill as well, so we will have gas to work with too.
