Has anyone played this course? What is it like? All I have heard is that it is a rinky-dink little course. Maybe that is old news and it has been improved.
Sometimes I wonder, "Why is that disc getting bigger?". Then it hits me.

Shot 9 down last yr (45). I played it twice in about 2 hrs and 20 mins. Really short. Yeah it's a pitch and putt. But it's a fun course all in the woods.

What Shawn said. Not rinky-dink...just short and tight. Good for honing accuracy, and enjoying a hike in beautiful woods.

I shot 45 & 43 but both were fun rounds that left me huffin' & puffin'!

Leave your long drivers in the car.

Thanks for the replies. I may be camping with two non-golfers, so it may work out.

It's a beautiful quiet area not much at all around.

I would give it more credit than "rinky-dink" and "pitch and putt." Chris (Tex) has put in a few years of effort to make this woods-course longer and better, including lengthening holes and re-designs to make sure it is NOT just rink and pitch. Definately a sub-50 round course, though. It does have the requisite variety to require lots of shots.

And yes, very quiet in the woods.

What Doug said.

I know Tex has been putting a lot of work into the course. Last I talked to him he was talking about expanding quite a few of the holes.
