"$220 American Bills" + airfare to Africa + Accomodations + ... Damn -- still would love to play there.

The most extreme golf course I've played in the states is Wolf Creek in Nevada. A must if you're in Vegas. Very cool -- just don't lose your brakes and drive your golf cart off one of the many cliffs.
