Hey VT'ers.
Any reviews of this course? I can't make it up to KO, but, I will have a slight window to play, this happens to be the closest course to the place I am staying at. Sugarbush is second, but, I played that last summer.
Is it worth the 16 mile drive?

White River is definitely worth a visit. Short, tight, technical, wooded course with a few open holes, two of which play over the river.

Sounds like my home course Burgess Park, guess I'll pack the discs, thanks Mike.

White River is a fun course, no doubt about that. I think you'll find that it is not much of a challenge, though you may like all of the ace runs. I would think you should be able to shoot ten under without much effort.
Not sure where you're staying but Pinnacle is 50 minutes down I89 from Randolph, course record -2!
Almost forgot, NEFA 2X first weekend in October at Pinnacle

Steve,
Congrats on the kid! Dude, you should bring your wife and friend up here. My wife will be here chilli'n on the deck looking over the first hole and pond with my sister who is due next week! They could have their own little preggo, girl party. We just had our little girl 7 weeks ago. Even if you could only play on Saturday it would be awesome to have you. Do you think you could sell this idea to your lady?

Johnny, I'll try my best, we are due to meet in Pittsfield Friday around 6ish. Maybe come up early on Friday, (we are due to leave at this time...)
I'll try man, I have been itching to play your course, I'll tell you that much.

FYI for those locals up @ White River DGC.
Larry Kirk is on a mission to play all DG in all 50 states, and only NEFAland remains. He came through Connecticut yesterday and played Page Park in Bristol and Wickham Park in Manchester. He's heading up to Pinnacle in New Hampshire today, perhaps in the morning and then will make a foray into Vermont. I think he intends to play White River in the afternoon before catching Thursday Night TRIPZ @ Center Chains, so you may have a very enthusiastic visitor on hand. If any locals are in the area and can show him around, his # is 209.564.7301
Thanks.
