A meeting is scheduled with park officials for next Tuesday.
Among items we will be discussing:
GHdgO - tentatively scheduled for 7/24 & 7/25
Tee Sponsorship renewals - anyone want to assist with this?
Course expansion - would like to go to 27 holes - it can be done!!!
Anything in particular that YOU would like to be discussed?

Keeping the park open at least another month or the baskets in another month. The month of November provided many beautiful days and is a waste to close such an awesome park too early.

1. Parking Pass for Disc Golfers? I know I would buy one.
2. We all pretty much know that they don't want to leave the baskets in year round, mostly cause they don't want people in the park while it's closed and we don't want vandals destroying them over the winter.
Is there is sneaky way of maybe turning them into object poles by putting something like the picture below in the hole rather then capping them?
Just a thought.
Question #1 is my main concern.

TRB youre on too many pain killers. Your second point is pure blasphemy and you are speaking in tongues. Go get brain surgery after you recover from back surgery.
Love,
Lefty.

Lick,
Won't be able to make the meeting at that time of day. I'm totally for expansion to 27 holes and would also be interested in adding alternate baskets/tees to some of the existing holes. We still have the funds from Tues. league for a basket donation whenever the time is right.

Good meeting today.
1. A season-long 7 day parking pass will be made available for $100. Some concern mentioned regarding the amount of people still parking at Marco's or on Tolland Turnpike just to avoid paying $4 or $5.
2. GHdgO is scheduled for SUNDAY, JULY 25. I have to accept responsibility for letting too many personal issues get in the way of getting this set up sooner. This will be a one day PDGA B-Tier and NEFA points event, as well as the CT USDGC qualifier. Next year, we will move to a two-day event late in July - promise. A CFR disc is being developed to be made available as soon as possible.
3. Sponsorships - if you sponsored a hole for 2008/2009, you will be contacted in the near future to determine your intent to continue your commitment. Pricing will remain the same and will last for two years.
4. Course expansion - permission has been granted to expand the course by adding at least six new holes, as well as continuing to add alternate tees and pin placements. Jesse and Nic will oversee clearing once the layout is determined.
5. Course will continue to be closed in accordance with current park guidelines - November 1 - April 1.

Nice work Lick. Thanks for your efforts. Any idea if there is going to be a resident discount for this. I'm not tryin to be a cheapskate, but it was something I asked them about last season when inquiring about season passes. I'm excited about that one, a season pass i can use on the weekends!! yeah course expansion, let me know if you need any help at all.

So you mean a season long pass that can be used every day of the week, right?
Not a pass that can be used 7 times thru out the year.
