Stolen? Lost? Repossessed?

Between the hours of 6:00 pm Wed. 3-10-10 til 3:00 pm Fri. 3-12-10, an odd thing happened. A basket at Kisco disappeared. Yup, who would of thought.

A brief description: 3 shades of silver, 2 sets of chains connected by rope (last checked), a basket that varies in height and likes to let discs slip through..."bleep'n" BASKET. Kind of gives you that feeling. Circa 1970’s - possible.

The practice basket is gone at Kisco. The folks who took this liberty tried to loosen a few other baskets. This happened to be the only one, hopefully, that was not rusted into it‘s housing or locked. It’s sister basket walked away a while back (hole 14). That kind of sucks. If anyone happens to toss a disc into one of these gems, please let us know. (Daver is currently Course Pro so he’d be pscyhed)

That makes 3 baskets in a week at 3 courses in Fairfield/Westchester counties. Hope it's not all connected.

That's one of the things I reallly love about Kisco is the old school baskets........... it sucks that some people with no values are allowed to reproduce. :x

So apparently there is a basket addict out there. Some #@$- hole(s) is digging up #3 or was last week. I haven't been back yet to update. Seems to be some new characters out there, playing and littering. Always find 64 oz. btls and 32. oz cans. on the courses (FDR, Kisco). Wondering if similar trash is found at Fairfield. For now, I mean the bottles/cans.

#3 is locked, last checked. Hopefully the others are as well. Any word on course pro securing the remaining?
