REWARD

Post by Sean Franchi »

Someone broke into the Flatrock Lost & Found box at the kiosk and stole about 20 discs. Free 2 year membership for name and adress of the entitled little perp.

they also took the printed list of "Pond" discs that cost $ to get back.
I think the entitled a hole thinks we charge for all lost and found.
to clarify only discs retrieved from the pond cost money to get back and this just to recoup some of the club's expense to pay the diver.
regularly found discs are free but locked up. just see a member who will open it for you

I'm sure it's not the first or last L & F to be vandalized. They real question is what can be done to prevent this from happening again....

empty the box regularly
cover the window on the box so you can't see what is inside
etc etc all ideas are appreciated

More importantly any locals that show up to play a round please check the sign in sheet and when you see anyone out on the course, take the time to ASK them if they signed in(and paid).

Setup a webcam in front of the shack like Jason did at P-mids.

What the funk is up with all the vandalizism lately? I have seen several posts this past month related to stuff being stolen from courses, baskets being knocked over, poop in bird baths...what gives? AM I TAKING CRAZY PILLS?

Lots of new peeps out there on the courses in the last year or 2... Unfortunately this means more douche bags, just the way it is. Those of us that call Borderland home know this all too well.
