Borderland @ NASA -- Warm Up Match?

Post by J_Disc »

I was having a discussion with Meow and he suggested we might want to schedule a Borderland/NASA "friendly" match since we're not playing each other this year.

Who would be up for this? How about Sunday, 9/26? There's nothing on the NEFA calendar and it would still before any TC matches should be scheduled.

A few of us will be at Rindge but there is no reason why the rest should not play.

I was thinking Rindge was Saturday only, but if folks are staying over to play on Sunday as well, then we'll look for another date.

I'll be at Rindge. I like the idea of a friendly match due to being new to team challenges and of course to enjoy NASAs company. But if that date works well for lots of peeps don't change on account of me.

We're not playing our first match until at least the 10/30 (Halloween) weekend, so we have some time.

I'll throw out another possible date: October 9th?

We are trying to nail down a date for the Burgess challenge, but will hopefully be able to put something together with you NASA boys soon.

At this point I don't see NASA being able to field much of team for this weekend -- people have been making alternate plans since the date was never confirmed.
