Maple Hill Dart League

Post by Tom Southwick »

Any interest in a Maple Hill Dart league? It would be upstairs in the Saphouse, maybe team based depending on how many are interested. Or it could be a general Game night extravaganza with poker, chess, backgammon, cribbage, darts, and soon pool. Post here if interested.

Did I mention that there would be beer! * We'll keep weekly performance stats and have a NEFA Dartmaster champ at the end.

* if you bring it.

How's Friday at 7 for everyone? I'm new to darts so anyone with league experience want to run things?

By the way, the Saphouse upstairs is open to everyone so if you want to practice darts, play chess, backgammon, or cribbage feel free to go up there during open hours.

I think the good players would want to play Cricket for points, but I'll play any game. Is Monday or Tuesday better?

Tuesday would be ideal. I think to cater to all the best way to play would be Cricket with pts.

Can you play whenever, or have to attend every week?

I'd say play whenever, since most people can't make it every week.

I had to sit on the goose. No one showed. The NEFA people didn't show, the town people didn't show! (Mad Max reference) Oh well, at least I can play chess online with strangers.

I'd be down for that. I have the same problem. Or they play with wacky house rules that ruin the game.

Heck, I wish I didn't spend sooooooo much time in NJ (all week and some weekends) otherwise I'd get you off the screen and onto the 64-board.
