It looks like you can prepay for up to 3 family members right in the pre reg.

Just to help clarify...

The Local Folk Smokehouse is a family friendly establishment.

The prepay slot on the registration form is for lunch for any additional non-player friends and family.

If we end up finding a caddie, and already registered, is there a way to purchase a lunch package for them? Can I pay the 15$ now or the day of?

The waitlist is constantly moving... If spots aren't claimed by the cutoff it will be first come first serve to those who have qualified.

Thanks for the call the other day Sean, I appreciate you lookin' out for me my man... I'll be attending the finals at sugarbush on the 16th but won't be able to make the payment until early next week. Just thought I'd speak up so my intentions were known and people weren't potentially waiting on an open spot from me.. I'll make sure to pay by Wed.

Where are all the am1'ers ? Lets go, just over a week away

If invited I intend to play AM-1 (and it looks good for me at first alternate given Bobby D's proclamation that he has no intention of ever attending finals....)

So what is the basic rule for those of us on the wait-list. Specifically lets take Dave Hoey as an example. He's sitting down at #11 on the wait-list and has stated (I think - his post of 'not in cards for this guy' is ambiguous) he wants to play.

On Wednesday at noon those reserved spots in the top 20 not paid-for become available. How long does someone like me (a potential first alternate at Wed. noon) have to register/pay up before that spot is given up to Dave if he wants it?

Is there any procedure for wait-list'ers 1-10 (for Am-1) to state their intention beforehand that we will play if invited and the powers-that-be will take it on faith that we log-in and register when we have the chance before the tournament so the spot should be held? ...Or is it truly 'first-come-first-serve' after the Wednesday noon deadline - so if you have a job that precludes logging into NEFA at noon you are just out of luck?

In past years you used to state your intention of in/out if on the qualified list so some semblance of order could be maintained.

(note - I personally believe that -if not Bobby- then someone else will drop early so a spot will officially open up to me before the noon deadline. Someone is going to be on the bubble between being invited and Hoey so it's worth getting a policy in place for that eventuality (nothing personal Dave - you are just a good example for illustrating my point)

Not sure how they plan to run the pre reg's after Wednesday at noon.

I'm thinking that Anne will be able to track the "first-come first-served" with timestamps on the PayPal reciepts. I'm hoping that she's set aside the time(noon to ??) for the mad rush that could potentially happen.

My personal opinion is that NEXT YEAR we push Finals out another week so there's more time to run this invite thing. We're packing alot into the 13 days between the B/Land to NEFA Finals. An extra 7 days would give everyone more time to plan.

its a first come first serve Wednesday at noon, right...so it doesn't matter where you are on the waitlist..if you wanna go, then be available for Wednesday at noon, right?
