Re: Tully @ WV Nov
No Pats game on the 28th.
They don't play until 8:20 on the 14th.
We may also want to look at Saturdays, since it is a three hour ride home. I know it is downhill, but still.

Sometimes I wonder, "Why is that disc getting bigger?". Then it hits me.

Sundays work best for us but I'm sure we can work out a Saturday if it's what's best

Re: Tully @ WV Nov
We have generally done Sundays in the past. I live the closest to WV at a little over two and a half hours. Most teammates are 40+ minutes further away. Folks may worry less about a late night on a Saturday.

I vote Saturdays. Matt's camp is 35 minutes away in Acton, ME and we have the greenlight to use it.

That camp idea sounds good. Either way, either day, I'm in.
Just another old TullyRockStar livin' the dream...
Re: Tully @ WV Nov
I know Sundays work best for a good portion of our team, a Saturday could be done aswell just prob won't have the same amount of players or we could do an early start on Sunday so everyone can get out early. And just in addition I assume most saw the panthorn forum but if not just an FYI wv is a pay to play course and greens fees will be 5 a person, out of my control. And food will be provided as well as beer.
Re: Tully @ WV Nov
ne idea on possible weekends?

Re: Tully @ WV Nov
How about the 13th or 14th? The longer we wait, the greater the chance of poor weather.
Just so I'm clear, we should each expect to pay the $5 greens fee?

Re: Tully @ WV Nov
yes unfortunately we are a pay to play course and i don't have control over the greens fees.
Also Maines team challenge series starts on the 13th, we could do the 14th or any other weekend to the best of my knowledge but i agree the longer we wait the better chance for poor weather.

How does Thanksgiving weekend (11/27 or 11/28) work for people?

Re: Tully @ WV Nov
A lot of people seem to have issues with two weekends in a row.

Re: Tully @ WV Nov
What, no mail on Sundays?
We need to decide soon if we're doing this the first weekend in November.
