11th doesnt work, Jack and Jill baby shower for my wife, most of my team will be there hopefully!
12th? 19th?
Courses...
Crane Hill (Roughly same travel time. 2:15 for you, 2:30 for us)
Buffumville (2:30 for you, 2:10 for us)
West Thompson
Northhampton (I believe a basket is missing)
Flat Rock
Tully
HCC
Barre
I think the first 2 are our best options, thoughts? etc?

All over West Thompson!!
Right down the road from Lake Chargoggagoggmanchauggagoggchaubunagungamaugg.
Another great idea would be to play at Maplegate Golf course. The Disc Golf course might be in by then.
The NEFA doubles is having an event there in December. We should make sure that our match does not conflict on the schedule.

You don't want us at Maple Gate, and a couple of the holes are object holes. Thus, rather not. Alot of us play at that course for the dubs that Greg puts on.

As far as conflicting, it's out of our control. Some of my guys may play in it, but it's likely not to be a priority over Team Challenge.
OH yeah, it hasn't been scheduled yet, I aint waiting around.
So, can we hammer down on a date?
Dec, 12th, 18th, 19th?

What about Pyramids? West Thompson does rock though.

The 12th looks good here.
Sundays in general are preferable for me.

I've never played Crane Hill or Buff and if Crane hill is closer to me than West Thompson I might be more into that.
West Thompson is over 3 hours from Warwick.
How is Crane hill?

Not quite as developed as the other options.

West T is about 2.5 hours from Burgess. No easy way for us to get there from here.

From what I believe, you have to have a membership to play there or be with a member, I think the former Buff guys are members, but there's only 3 of them, I can certainly look into it.

Here's what Don Boutin says:
The course is in pretty good shape. T boxes are a mix of natural and mats. A new hole 10 is so close to completion, it will be done by December. Our team Maple Hill has a challenge there on the 11th. If it snows I will make sure the T boxes are in good shape.
The brewery does pretty good on Saturday nights. They are only open until 8pm, but I can request they stay open later. Luckily I have got the owner playing disc golf now and he is will to support it in any way. The owner likes live music also, so you could play if you want to.
There are a couple of motels and a Comfort Inn 2 miles down the road from Hyland. What the rates are I am not sure. Then there are a lot to choose from in the rest of the town. Hyland is in the historic town of Sturbridge that gets a lot of tourists. Even though it is the off season, the surrounding town may be a little cheaper.
Hyland is 3 hours from Warwick.
There would be no greens fee for team challenge.

The only problem I see with this course is length.
From what I hear, it's a monster, there are some teams talking challenge there around the same time, so scheduling could get quirky. The teams currently talking challenge there are thinking 9 AM start time, we'd likely have to go earlier, if we start getting towards Christmas and days get even shorter.
Still though, If people are up to meeting those concerns and want to do this, it would be fun, and would truly be neutral as I only think 4 or 5 of our guys have played it!
Time to go practice it!

Steve, course length won't be an issue. The course is not thaaaat long, but it is challenging and a whole lotta fun.. I highly recommend it. The only thing that may slow you down is being able to get past the brewery without stopping in for beer(s). They are that good.

Wonder if they have any N.A. offerings?

Not sure about that, but I'm willing to bet Boutin would know. I'm gussing no, unless you like apple cider. The good news is you have to pass by Yankee Spirits on the way in and they have pretty much everything under the sun including N.A. beverages.
