Wick vs Borderland at Hyland January 22nd 2011

Date has been set for the challenge to be January 22nd. Team Borderland has 5 lifetime members for Hyland, so we will work out with Don what needs to be done for greens fees for our team. Will also need to discuss what we want to do for food. It will be the dead of winter, so the grill option may be a little too cold...meow.

Not sure what you are getting at here, but the only reason that we are members is becuase we each put in $75 to sponsor Hole 1. I'm pretty sure some of Team Wick did this as well... :eye:

If both teams can fit, it might be cool to have one big group lunch. How do the other capts. feel?

I thought Don posted no greens fees for team challenges? Either way Team Wick will be there playing against B-lands that weekend.

If anyone goes to Hyland before I can remove the snow from the T boxes, please throw from behind, infront, or to the side of the boxes. Walking on the boxes will only pack it down and make it harder to remove. Pass it on if you hear of anyone going there. Thanks....

My thought is that the place is going to be hectic. A fast lunch is key. Either we order a platter of subs from Subway down the street, or maybe do "each team is on their own" type thing.

Unfortunately, that is the answer we have right now...There is one person that definitely cannot attend. We have more than 8 that will be there, but a few others that are stuck in limbo with work schedule and cannot commit until we get closer. I will let you know ASAP.

Each team should plan on bringing their own food. Middle of January temps and limited time calls for a fast lunch. Easiest way to do that is by having each team on their own.
