2011 to 2012 NEFA DUBZ Point Series Charter
Object of Series
This Series is designed to add an extra element for NEFA members to enjoy.
The Dubz Series will focus on the fun and competive atmosphere NEFA strives to create.
The goal is to attract new members and give seasoned players a chance to compete with a friend.
NEFA Dubz will end with a Finals Tournament on April 28th or 29th TBA 2012 at FlatRock Disc Golf Course. The format will be determined by TD of Finals Event, Titan Bariloni and Sean Franchi
The Series is under construction expect flexibility during the growth process.
NEFA DUBZ Point Series Events
The first few years will allow for flexibility and adjustments regarding scheduling. The TD's will act as the voice of the series. The Charter will adapt as the Dubz Series Grows
Points Tabulation.
A spreadsheet developed and donated to NEFA by Chuck Kennedy is used for points tabulation. Points are awarded based on how an individual or team finishes
among all other players in the same division, regardless of NEFA membership. However, to receive points, a player must be a NEFA member.

Event Requirments
To have as much FUN possible
Any Doubles format is allowed. TD Choice
Any form of payout is allowed
Players Requirments
Players must be Current NEFA members prior to April 27th 2012 to receive points and have events count towards qualification
All divisions must compete in 3 events with same partner to qualify for regular season trophy as divisional champion. 3 scores will be used to determine teams overall points
You do not have to play with same partner every event. The theory is to create a pool of players all having 3 events played to better fill Finals
Players with 3 events played will have first invite to the Finals event. The invite will start April 16th to April 21st to Reserve spot
Players with 2 events played will have 2nd invite to Finals events if Event does not fill. April 22nd to April 25th to reserve spot
Players with 1 event played will have 3rd invite to Finals if event does not fill and will have to pay a
$5 fee the day of Finals. April 26th to day of
TD Requirments
Collect 1 doller from each team for the Finals Payout and send to Titan Bariloni 124 pleasant street Orange MA 01364 US Postal money orders only please other arrangements can be made if needed please contact me via e-mail tru4real4444@yahoo.com
Make sure Event is listed on NEFA.com
Turn in points in a timely fashion
Nefa Dubz Series Fees
$1 per team for all points events. ($1 fees are for all registered players, regardless of NEFA membership status.)
Events held for Charity may request to waive fee as this series is for FUN
All Point Series fees collected will go directly to Finals payout and trophies
For the first few years there will be no Event fee for TD's

This was the "working charter" approved by the 2010 Nefa President
It is meant to be loose and build a foundation for the series to grow from...
anything..and I mean anything regarding the charter will be viewed as constructive criticism and is HIGHLY encouraged..It will only help the series stronger in the future

could not find where i put the darn thing....had it labeled wrong...
again this Charter is loose..on purpose this year..
anyone who has participated this year...please add some input..if I forgot to update with some things that have been issues this year..let me know

I liked the way Finals invites went last year so I set it up the same way with defined guidlines for the order of invites to Finals
The fee for the Finals Event is $1 dollar per team this year.

edit to charter in RED
until the dubz series is streamlined into nefa this will be the rule. I discussed with some series workers/td's and this was agreed for now as the series has never been about $$$ anyways!
Big thanks to all the TD's who gathered up some dough it will help for trophies for sure..I will be cashing all checks/MO soon..some need refunds as they sent to much..way too much..I will send them out soon as well
