I have put in a nice long email to the recreation director in Plymouth, MA, works with the town. Plymouth has alot of undeveloped land, and I hope to atleast get to do a presentation out of it.
Waiting for a response.

Hi Steve,
The first step is to see if the town has a suitable location to accommodate the sport. Off the top of my head I can’t think of a property that we own that fits all of the criteria that you outlined. A couple of places that might work are Morton Park- 300 wooded acres of parkland (35 Summer St Plymouth), Hedges Pond Preserve 120 acres of Parkland (off of Hedges Pond Rd) in South Plymouth. The three other areas are : Center Hill Preserve (Center Hill Rd) -80 acres of Park, Marsh and ocean front beach, Crawley Property and possibly the Town Forest. I would suggest that you check out these properties and see if you think they might be suitable. If they are let me know and we can set up a meeting. You can find maps of the last three properties at the following site: www.plymouth-ma.gov/Public_Documents/Pl ... ail%20maps

Good luck Steve. Do you think you can get the course finished before the MV tourney this year, so people can play it on the way down to the boat? Plenty of time, right? You can at least get temp baskets in.
Sometimes I wonder, "Why is that disc getting bigger?". Then it hits me.

These are just the initial stages, it'll likely have to wait till town meeting to get voted on, which is in May. So, no, won't be in time for MV Tourney.
