Anyone played the Northampton course recently (Jan 2011)? Wondering about safety for players and discs.

Re: Northampton Course Conditions
I played it Sunday before last - snow was deep then, it must be deeper now. I had one disc with me and lost it on hole 15, though I can't say it was all the snow's fault.
My suggestion is to go prepared, with grippy shoe grips and a first aid kit, you know tourniquet for gaping head wounds, bad joke I know.

Actually a great joke, if you were referring to my head wound from two years ago.
Has Saturday league been running?
Are you planning to play this weekend?

Yo Isaac, I'll be back at some point, probably this month, not sure when. Seems we've been hammered at the course again. I understand there's a team challenge sometime which I need to find out about. Of course it was a bad joke about the ER doc being attended to by AMs.

No. I think it was a great joke.
I'm afraid to play in snow this deep, but if there were a way to decrease the likelihood of losing multiple discs I would give it a shot.

Re: Northampton Course Conditions
Back to reality, what do you think about this Saturday league 2/19 10:00 AM? There will be snow but with all this melty melt it'll be nice and icy, good corn snow and wet slush, some sort of auxilliary spikes required for safety and unnecessary runaway body toboggan gaping flesh wounds of the head slash or sharp stick impalement variety. Sounds like fun ain't it?!
Once a nuthouse always one, thank you very much.

Re: Northampton Course Conditions
I don't think I can make it, but I think the conditions are good for winter golf.
