Holes 1, 2 & 3 are cut, cleaned and ready to be played (minus some sort of target).

I'll recap all the current info.

The Webster Fish and Game has given permission to use the 18-20 acres of land behind the clubhouse to install a disc golf course. The course is laid out and in the clean up process currently. The club has a bar/kitchen inside the main building. Also an Outdoor Entertainment License until 11p.m. Glow rounds anyone?

Any questions can be posted here or PM to me.

There are 18 holes mapped out. Some holes may move around a little during the clean up process.

What overlap, if any, is there with the pieces of the property typically used for hunting?

Andy, the land is borderline too small for any hunting, the Head of the board said that he hasn't seen any of the members use it for hunting in a decade or so.

I'll be out there Thursday morning (4/14) from 10 a.m to about 2-3 to work on a couple of holes, if anyone wants to drop in to lend a hand.

Oh yeah, Titan drag yourself away from the dark room of Internet porn and medium-stakes poker in your mom's basement for a day and do a workday with us on this course this Thursday. The sun's been coming out, which might blind and maybe even melt you at first, but the natural warmth has been so nice of late.

Like the last time we had so much fun, with maybe less rain this time.

I have a DR Brush Trimmer I think is its official name. I first bought an Outback, but my arms fell off using it after 20 minutes from excessive vibration, and it didn't chop up the stuff the way the DR does. In one day -- tomorrow -- we're gonna cut this course multiple new holes. It only sounds dirty cause it's so good. Who's with us tomorrow making something out of nothing? Who wants to change a little piece of the world into a disc golf course? We'll show you how it's done, in case you were maybe thinking about doing it yourself someday.

Thank you Jay, Milt, Keith H and Sean for your hard work today.

Hole 4 is cut and cleaned. Hole 4 is just short of 300 ft, the first fifty feet of the fairway is a tight and narrow shot to an open area then up a cart road to the left.

I'll post another work day soon. Hopefully a Saturday before the end of the month.

Our chainsaw-man cannot make it tomorrow. If anyone can bring a chainsaw that would be key. Thank you in advance

Yesterday we cut and cleared hole 4, cut hole 5 and cleared 1/4 of the mess. The course is really starting to take shape. I should have pictures to put up within the next couple days.

Thank you Dave Jenkins and Brian Chambless for all the hard work yesterday.

I just got back from a meeting with the Fish and Game Board members. They are ready to learn how to throw discs and cannot wait to see this course come together. They are offering LIFE TIME disc golf course membership to any persons or small groups willing to sponsor holes, which can include life time advertising on the tee signs.

I will be posting the next scheduled work day real soon. Anyone that is interested in taking a tour around the property and seeing the holes that have been cut send me a PM and I'll find the time to meet up.
