2008 Japan open sucks.
No comentary what so ever and it cost 21.00
Also, video is about 45 minutes long. Dont buy this one 4 sure.

Any other great videos out there are crappy ones? Lets spread the word to other before they purchase a garbabge product.

I have all the Vibram dvd's, all of which I like. I also have the 2010 USDGC dvd. Nice and simple, lead card on their last round. The camera work on the USDGC dvd is awesome.

I'm looking to buy more dvd's. I am hesitant though because I don't want one like how you described the 2008 Japan Open.

What are some good dvd's people?

not a DVD, but all of the European Open stuff on youtube is fantastic. Watch it in HD on a big screen if you can.

European open 2009 is awesome, pretty much all his vids are top notch. There's a LOT to go through, and the files are huge so let them buffer and grab a sandwich, come back and enjoy.

Billy Crump gets a mixed-bag of reviews, but all recent Clash DVD productions have excellent video quality.

Cooldaddyslickbreeze has some good and cheap videos

avoid all Worlds DVDs as they suck royal ass

European Open DVD from a few years ago was great - good video quality, tons of highlights, and good and funny commentary ...

can't forget the classic Brinster-Debois duo from the Skylands Classic DVD

love when CLASH uploads 45 min tourney footage to YouTube. the footage of the Atlanta open, the music city open and two day in may are awesome, and after watching that much footage of Barry Shultz, ya can't help but want to throw a leopard.

yea the CLASH tourny footage is pretty great, but i cant say the same for the dvds. The only good one is blue ribbon pines, i also have hornets nest and cliff stevens but they suck pretty bad. The formats they use are like worst shot and tough shot so you see the top pros laying it up from 80 because in order for it to count they would both have to hit it, so they dont try. But Blue Ribbon Pines is straight up best disc doubles between Cale and Nikko vs Climo and Shultz...its epic

Totally agreed!! I had my eyes glued to the TV in the entire round!! Wow!! Cale got a freaking Eagle at #4!!

Funny, I got this DVD as part of player's package at 2011 AM Worlds in Rochester, NY. Another player saw me having it and went up to me tried to offer a trade for his DVD but I declined. He was so disappointed and went around trying to find other "sucker" players for the trade. Good thing that it was the best DG DVD that I've gotten (minus the lack of closed-captioning or subtitles).
