Re: Buzz vs spider
I threw Spiders for a while and now throw Buzzzez. Buzzz has a larger diameter than Spider and gets more glide. Both fly stable for me. Spider loses altitude quicker, not always a bad thing. What works depends how you throw and how you want the disc to fly. Definately don't think either is "overstable".

Re: Buzz vs spider
I throw a spider and personally I love it, its defently my go to mid. I own a buzzz but I perfer the spider over it. I don't know if I got a bad one but my buzzz is less stable than my spider also. The lack of glide in my opinion is a good thing as it goes where I want it, not past it. Also works good off the tee and in the fairway. Overall it might come down to preference and some distance. I will say one bad thing about the spider whenever I play Devens and Im off that day it can roll further down the hills than up the hills, its a tank seriously nothing stops it...nothing. Maybe I should learn to throw rollers with it....

The spider is like my star roc but its faster and has more turn at the end so when I want more I throw spider when I want more control I go roc
