If ya wanna move this to triple purg,split it,lock it,delete it IDC. If anyone would like me to recite this post via phone call,email or in person I will print a copy and keep it in my DG bag that was a joke for all these in person people that seem to think I have any issues with speaking what I type face to face. I will say it again Events are athletic competitions and should be treated as such. A formal event is no place for DG politics IMO. I am actually complete opposite on that and feel the forum is a perfect place for these issues. In a casual setting I have no problem speaking about any issue anyone has with my words.

I am sick of the BS scapegoating crap and lynching of members who question the elected leaders of an ORG they pay to be apart of. When they volunteered for the job. I am not gonna get into the merits of a volunteer to deeply bottom line any job I take for free,2dollars or 1 million I am gonna give it my all. If people don't like who cares really if I can look deep and know I did my best then I am fine. If I dig deep and say I could better then fine I will try to figure a way to be better. If someone wants to say it sux then fine they can.
I hear all these talks of "NEW" members and Nefa is made to look bad with these negative comments and people are gonna be turned off to Nefa from these horrible post by fric and frac
Well "Fric" was a new member 3 years ago very passionate about DG well before my NEFA years and had done many things to grow the sport on the grassroots level. Fric played over 30 events in his first year of the point series from Northen ME to Southern NY. Then came finals and this serious great org I had held so HIGH in the awesome meter says hey Finals is open to everyone who qualified done deal that is what ya get. I gotta admit I had no clue what Nefa really was I thought they had there shart together cuz the year before at CRAN I caddied for some of my local friends who had competed that year and it was sweet looked super legit kinda gave me an even new respect for DG. I gotta admit being up late for poker events and being a zombie every time they called and said lets go and I said screw off I just went to bed ten minutes ago kinda started to piss me off. No BS seeing Deek who has now become berzerker bring home trophies and say this course was awesome and this was awesome blah blah made me puke cuz back then he sucked don't get me wrong I was happy for him just wanted to go and beat him. Seeing the "points" listed was super cool. That kid can lie all he wants he used to stare at that page all the time and figure out where he was in the standings. So the next year I went gung ho played as many as possible still didn't play more then the guy who twirled frisbees at lunch though who later I found out as we all know it the "work horse super hero of Nefa"
Ok so first season is over. I am pretty sure I basically never posted on site besides the whole your tourney was awesome stuff the standard after event post ya know. I think I had one other "smoke in DG" ruins its chances of being mainstream debate ya know the one that has been going on well since DG started. I find Finals is open to all and kinda snapped as a mew member felt it was BS asked myself why did I go to east bum F to play in the rain to jump maybe one more spot if I win and 22 people show up in Am2 so I can get an invite to Finals when I coulda just played the sport I loved on a nice day with my friends ten minutes away kinda feeling
Oh lordy my god was I tourched and told that the "TD" said so we "can't do anything" wow ring a bell. maybe when ya grasp the overall picture then ya start to understand my frustration. Ok so I asked the Pres then what the dealy was in whatever manner I asked who cares and it was not that bad I don't feel like finding the post. He jumped all over me and told me to step up and "volunteer myself then" wow ring a bell with "Frac" its actually kinda funny. I was attacked for my writing style,grammar everything. Where was the "tact" police then to the old members and PRES treating a new member like crap? So yeah then the Tiger was out of the cage and I came out blasting why cuz I am human and can only take so much before the tiptoeing crap and arse kissing was out the door and told people how it really was. Did I go overboard prob IDC I wass pissed I busted arse all year and could not enjoy the Finals I had worked hard to get to. So I did not attend
I was put in such an inner conflict there was no way I could attend and live myself for not standing up for what I thought was right. So yeah great first year to a member I would think nefa would be wanting to attract a guy dedicated to DG and plays crap ton of events. I coulda said F nefa they SUX and remember this is from what was a "NEW" member the ones many have said "post from me" are gonna turn them off to NEFA. Yet again funny to me. Then I was blamed for making Gary step down and I ran for presidency to make a difference and put my money where my mouth was. Then solbo ran made it a popularity contest I was a new member got lil votes blah blah bashed the entire way for trying to help. Then asked to help by Steve after nobody would take the Points Chair Position. I did and gave it my best. Took a bashing all year on the forum from every angle. Wow then Steve quit blamed it in part on me. So then we were vacant cuz Rob the week prior had stepped down from the VP job. Leaving Nefa with Rick W Myself and State Reps Jobo being crucial. So then rob stepped up took the Pres job, Marcy took the VP job wow confusing yes. As a new member looking ya think that is good? So now we all gotta get on the same page and bang finals is here. oh crap what do we do the BOD pulled together under the guidance of Rick and great Td's in VT made a great Finals. No complaints boom done deal. Election went smooth cuz none were uncontested. I didnt wanna personally go through another shart war and I was happy with working on the point series. I think progress was being made and once the new year started and we had stable leadership rather the no mans land the year prior I could actually start pushing some ideas forward. Tough year for me here to guys and this was all in my frigging 2nd year in NEFA geeez.So last second I was told via email by Rob we went with Dan for the point series. ya kinda stung a lil bit I mean come on I put many hours into the series and nefa that year to be told ok bye last minute while under a different assumption. So all you treating volunteers like crap people. What was that? I got prob 5 public TY's. That is fine IDC what people think I just wanted to help out. Heck I kept it pretty classy and wished Dano Good Luck. I asked to help out and waited no reply,asked again no reply, and again. Then I waited and said nothing and watched issue after issue with the series pop up or just general I was interested in what was going on in the series planning. Nothing from the chair. i made mention of it and was blasted. So I shut it again all year and said nothing just competed and I might add I only played 6 events why cuz I am fed up at this point. So first year over 30,2nd 20 plus, third year 6 nefa events why cuz I have lost faith in the series and question its "legitness" ya its a word now! So new member 30 plus keep this in mind "tact" police and no post made me not wanna play....poor leadership and crap talk from the BOD towards members made me not wanna play....if this is true for me...how many else feel the same?
So now I wake up and see a post randomly in the nefa finals general discussion area by a member stating "finals is only open to 72" responded by the PRES saying yeah we tried to make it 90 TD said 72
so my point and however I made it(and it was not that bad really wow softskins) reread the thread beside saying ME and NH sux...I have heard them say MA flatlanders sux wow who cares
Oh the point Nefa shoulda/coulda posted this somewhere for all to see as soon as they found out stated why and done deal a couple moans and groans whateva. IMO just brushing it off on the TD who is also a BOD then just telling the members to deal with it is BS. I don't care if it was open to ten players the point they should announce simple things like this prior to the end of season. Maybe just maybe here is a frigging idea maybe members who where close to the cut lines woulda played more events if they had known.
Then I was met with this post by the president of the ORG and IDC what if I was a new member who didnt know how nefa posters want you to present your post(that was sarcasm) and this was said

What Sandy, Jeff, and Andrew said. We tried to encourage to 90 but ultimately it comes down to the TD and it's their choice. As for the number of invites it all comes down to math and a simple formula to make it easy and inarguable although I know you don't understand such concepts so I'll stop before I get you too confused

Ya a "TOOL" who later said he meant to say "Troll"..Tool fits this case more actually cuz ya I was a lil blunt with my post I just wanted an explanation as to why and boom done with it...was not trolling if I actually did want an answer trolling is just doing it to do it..I really was curious to the matter..so anways practice what ya preach there peeps..if ya fire expect to be fired on...I have given Rob respect all year he wants to lower the convo to that then ya get what ya asked for I guess..then he questions my intelligence to boot..after I discussed the very same situation with him last year on the phone about the numbers to the pro field and he had the same stance PRO open should always invite the most then he flipflopps so BOOOOHOOOOO if people called anyone names...thicken the skin up

wow a shocker here..FRAC is a new member..I know him to be passionate about DG and has stepped up to help on the local level whenever needed and joins nefa his 2nd year playing DG maybe third IDK
Frac plays all year hard he traveled..he took time away from his family to COMPETE something people are missing as much as volunteers help Nefa is nothing w/o members..so he competes and then after the season he finds out Finals is only open to 72 players..he prob has no clue what Finals is like except for what he read down in last years Finals thread..how else could he w/o word of mouth..he sees it was open to 90 and did not fill. Crap that kinda sux I might have played even more to make it up the ladder more if I had "KNOWN" key word here folks...I bet Frac thinks man this sux WTF..I feel I should say something..no wait I better watch what I say i don't wanna be smoked..so Frac puts together a well thought out description of his distaste for the leadership this year...wow a member should have that right..why not? Then frac was torched and picked apart and poked and poked until Frac said ya know what F it..F'em all F U and U and U coming to america style obscure reference...So now Frac is this big bad guy who sux donkey gizzz and everyone hates..he is the reason the Pres quit and he shall be shunned..! worst then people who steal disc from cars..we shall send the nefa lynch mob to his house and string that nefaigga up kinda thing..he made are sacred beloved Pres quit...well FRIC says BS to that sees the same BS happening to FRAC.....

Seems to me the members complaining are doing exactly what they preach against....turning new members off to the ORG
