Day of Waitlist

How will the day of waitlist work? For example, if a player from any division not show for whatever reason does his spot go to the next in his division? Player A is qualified for pro men but not in off the wailist yet and is there bright and early and a player from rec doesnt show, will that spot go to player A or will the spot be saved for another rec player until a certain point? I guess what Im getting at is this, if Im the first one in the parking lot and talk to Blaze does that mean that I take the spot of the first no show?

I will open the waitlist at 7 am. You had to have been on the 2011 points qualified list to put your name down. First name on the list gets first no show spot. There are no division restrictions.
If you were not on the points qualified list, you cannot play.
There is a really good chance that you will be put on the card where the no show would have been. I am not going to try and put you with other players of your division for the first round.

PS if you put your name on the waitlist and I have a no show, if you are not there when I call your name, it goes to the next person. I expect to be calling names around 9:05, so be there.
Sorry to be so strict, but I want to get the tournament going and I am not going to hunt around for someone!
