Mamba

Post by Rick Brierly »

The Mamba was designed to give maximum distance for minimal effort. I believe the numbers are 11,5,-5,1. The Mamba has more high speed turn than any other of our long range drivers, so it is not meant to be thrown into a headwind. For those without much driving speed, it will be a blessing. It will add distance. For the medium armed crowd, it will shape long lines for turnovers and straight ahead shots, as well as big rolls. For those with big arms...not for them unless they want a real long fast turning roller. The Mamba will be released first in Champion around the end of February.

Can you make them in black and get Kobe to endorse it? After all, he is the "Black Mamba" and we all know the "Kobe System" works ...

Seriously tho........innova puts out so much fast plastic it's unreal.

I'll be passing on this one, my flippy discs are beat stable discs. More interested in seeing if the dominator is maybe a tweeked Discmania Frenzy (my favorite D driver).

Do you know if that Blizzard technology is... just lighter weights or is it a different blend of plastic?

I gotta 137 blizzard teedevil and it's kinda gummy. It's almost like the old pro line plastic with alota bubbles in it.

Seems to be a different blend. Like hicks said its gummy, and it also seems less durable. Couple early hits and the 150 blizzard ds is looking ragged already.

As far as flight, the blizz destroyer is pretty damn stable, I guess bc it is wicked domey and, for destroyers anyway, domey seems to equal stable. I read some dgcr posts that suggest its all about parting line height. The blizzard destroyers have a higher PLH than even the domey avery destroyers I have seen.

Yeah yeah this is thread drift.
