Who: Top & Bottom 4 A Pool teams
What: Match play singles, Stroke play doubles disc golf.
When: April 14, 2012
Where: Top Half: Hylands, Bottom Half: Charlton Woods
Why: To determine a champion and play disc golf at a brewery and an awesome compound and have FUN.
How:
(# of players) -- Singles/Doubles breakdown
20 -- 10 singles/5 doubles
19 -- 9 singles/5 doubles
18 -- 8 singles/5 doubles
17 -- 9 singles/4 doubles
16 -- 8 singles/4 doubles
15 -- 7 singles/4 doubles
14 -- 6 singles/4 doubles
13 -- 7 singles/3 doubles
12 -- 6 singles/3 doubles
-Play the max amount of people possible, meaning you play the number of the team that brought less, with a minimum of 12. 1 pt penalty for each number under 12.
(Burgess brings 18, Wick brings 16, It’d be 16 on 16)
-Seed 1 vs Seed 4
-Seed 2 vs Seed 3
-Seed 5 vs Seed 8
-Seed 6 vs Seed 7
-Higher seed gets to pick if they will put up first in singles or doubles. Bang out the singles matchups, then move onto doubles matchups.
-Singles wins are worth 1 point
-Doubles wins are worth 2 points
-Playoff all ties UNLESS captains agree to halving matchups. Default is playoff though. Ties are like kissing Direnzos sister...
-Female receives 1pt for playing if other team doesn't bring one. Winner of match also gets 1pt.
-Team with the most points wins
-Two winners move on to play for the championships. Two losers play for 3rd.
-Two winners in bottom half play for 5th. Two losers play for 7th.
Payouts ($1600)
1st: $750
2nd: $500
3rd: $250
Bottom half gets $100 to be used at their discretion. CTPs?

Not sure if serious? They play on the 14th and play disc golf.
Winner of 1v4 and winner of 2v3 play each other for the championship.
Winner of 5v8 and winner of 6v7 play each other for 5th.

The first match up, 1 vs 4, play in the morning. They play both singles match play and doubles stroke play against the other team. Points given for those individual wins, same as all year. The winner goes on to play for the title in the afternoon, using the same format.

Can't wait for this section of the forum to be removed from this site since grown men can't follow simple rules and not act like 15 year old boys.

T-Bone,
What's a "super course"? Are you saying that the P-Town course is long ?? NO WAY, I'll bet you that Barre is longer.
I hope I get to play Iron Hill again some day, that was a beast.......
