Wapack Wilderness Course (Rindge, NH) -- Work Day April 12th

GREETINGS Massachusetts Disc Golfers ___ NOTICE:

FIRST official Work Day of 2012 -- Saturday April 7th. Beautiful newer course in Rindge, New Hampshire.

Newly re-named in 2012 to be the Wapack Wilderness Course (previous name = "Rancho Rindge").

We will be starting up about 10 AM and will be going until about 3:00 PM or so. Some refreshments and snacks will be provided.

Finally it's on the "Home Stretch" for substantial completion of the Core 19_hole course layout (Some bonus holes later this year?)

-->> Only a couple of fairways/greens still require some major chain-saw and clean-up attention...PLUS some upcoming Major Burnin" of some newer Limb-Piles (of course). There are also some remaining Course "Hard-scape" items to be completed like 2 x Foot-Bridges (across the creek), Wooden Benches and Steps, Bulletin Board, "Formal" tee signs, etc.

If it's possible -- Please come to Rindge and help work on this exciting new course. Even if you can only spare just a couple of hours on Saturday AM....Bring a buddy -- IF you can....It would also probably be helpful to bring some basic "Woods Clearing" tools (if available) -- particularly Tools such as pole-saw, chain-saw, shovels & rakes, etc.

FYI --This WWC course will be hosting some larger Singles DG events in 2012, plus a weekly Thursday PM Doubles League starting on April 12th.
