As of 45 minutes ago The Oasis at Warwick has been officially approved by the Town of Warwick.
We are now able to operate an 18-hole Disc Golf course, Pro Shop, and Farm Stand. We will be able to sell not only discs, but also
produce, eggs, flowers, and other home-grown stuff, along with pre-packaged food and drink.
Our operation will evolve over time and its difficult to proclaim at this moment in what directions this journey will take us.
But this is a great milestone and 2014 should be a great year with many more to follow......

we should be operating sometime in april. we have a few minor documentation issues to handle and we have to pave the first 50 ft of the driveway where it meets the road before we can actually open for business.
an 18-hole layout is already in the ground and it wont take much to have it playable fairly quickly. our layout will evolve as we carve/create new wooded holes.

Tenant House for Rent at The Oasis

Our tenant house will be available to rent as of April 13th.
Our property is located 50 feet from Blue Tee #3 of the Warwick Disc Golf Course.
It is ideal for 1 person or 2 people that dont require too much room.
The rent is $1150 per month, which includes Oil.
The ideal tenant is someone who has an interest in being an integral part of our farming, gardening, and disc golf activities.
Experience in those areas and/or handyman/carpentry skills would also be valuable.

Any chance two traveling NEFA folk heading to worlds could find a cheap place to stay this Friday night?
