If Bourque doesn't get suspended for at least one game, Sham-ahan should not have a job anymore. Blatant and intentional elbow to the head when the puck was nowhere near them and the game was ready out of hand.

Montreal showed my they are the scum of the NHL last night.

Spoke too soon! Zero discipline for anyone in the game. Apparently elbowing is perfectly fine as long as you're wearing a big C on the center of your chest. And intentionally firing a puck at a player is perfectly fine as well.

Shanahan is a funk joke.

Agreed. But Shanny was a heck of a (dirty) player!

I would still love to see Krecji play on the same line as The Jagr but the way the top line has been playing (22 points in 4 games) I dont think we will see it.

I have a feeling that they will cool down and line 1A (Berg, Marshmouth, Seguin) will heat up next round.

Bergie, March-mont and Seguin are getting lined up with the first D pairing, I think in the next series (knock on wood) Krejci, Looch and Horton will see the top pair.

Agreed, which is why I think we will see a reversal of productivity next round. It sure would be nice if they could get all the cylinders firing.

I almost hope the Bruins lose tonight just to ensure Claudes departure from the team.

They (continue to) blow.

What exactly are you basing this off of?

I REALLY want them to win, but they have not shown that they are a better team than Toronto. If you take away the hot starts from the past two years (2 months of good hockey compared to 8 months of mediocre -at best- hockey) the Bruins are NOT a good hockey team.

Torontos goalie should play the lottery.

Last night did not change my outlook on the team.

Rangers in 6.

Haven't been so thrilled by a non-Penguins game in years...

Nice win, Bruins!

So as a Pens fan, are you hoping to play the head-case of a team from Boston in the next round?

Lol, I am first and foremost cheering my team to advance - can't really focus on anything more than that. But IF that were the case, BOTH the Bruins and Rangers have looked "head-casey."
And this is coming from a fan of a team who has the ultimate head case goalie in Fleury.

No matter what, that was a truly amazing comeback and I congratulate the Bruins and fans alike...NOBODY has ever come back from such a late deficit like that!!!

Ill be thrilled if I'm 0-2 in predictions! Hopefully I'll make it 0-3 if I'm wrong, too!

Not sure how we can make a heady topper bet when neither of us play tourneys or go to each others courses haha. Ill put up a heady topper of you put up a bomber of cape cod beer or something.

Hawks in 5. Sorry.

My other predictions.

Sharks in 7
Bruins in 6
Pens in 4!

I may have underestimated the defending Champs from LA. I just keep thinking that with all the firepower (thornton, pavelski, etc.) the Sharks are going to advance deep one of these years.

Steal one in NY and it will look good for round 3. Bs have stepped it up a notch, imo. Defense a little sketchy, but half are rookies.
